Chief Executive Officer
Josh Shaul
Josh brings over 20 years of information security experience, including leadership roles at Akamai, Singtel/Trustwave, Application Security, and SafeNet. He is passionate about providing comprehensive digital protection to businesses while inspiring trust and confidence in their customers and clients.
Before joining Allure, Josh was VP of Web Security at Akamai Technologies. He spent four years leading Akamai’s security business through explosive growth. Earlier in his career, Shaul was VP of Product Management at Trustwave/Singtel, a leading cybersecurity and managed security services provider that helps businesses fight cybercrime, protect data, and reduce security risk. He also served as CTO at Application Security and as SafeNet’s Director of Worldwide Systems Engineering, where he was responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing SafeNet’s embedded security solutions.
Executive Chairman
Jack Hembrough
As the President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board for Application Security, Jack’s leadership brought the company from its inception through its merger with Trustwave (SingTel).
Prior to this, he was in charge of sales at Authentica (EMC/Dell) and SafeNet, Inc. (Gemalto/Thales). Jack started his career at Raptor Systems (Symantec) as a part of the start-up team and established its European Operation. He has also held sales management positions with Network Systems and with Motorola/Codex.
Jack holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the United States Air Force Academy. Before entering the business world, he spent many years flying jets for the USAF.
Founder
Dr. Salvatore Stolfo
Salvatore J. Stolfo is the Founder of Allure Security, a spin out of his lab at Columbia University where he has been a Professor of Computer Science since 1979.
He is known for his research in machine learning applied to computer security, intrusion detection systems, anomaly detection algorithms and systems, fraud detection, and parallel computing for large data centric applications.
Dr. Stolfo has been granted over 91 patents and published more than 230 papers and books in the areas of parallel computing, AI systems, data mining, computer security and intrusion detection systems.
His research has been supported by numerous government agencies, including DARPA, NSF, ONR, NSA, IARPA, AFOSR, ARO, NIST, and DHS. He is also an IEEE Fellow and a member of the National Academies ISTEG Group.
Chief Technology Officer
Erik Dasque
Erik Dasque heads leadership for Allure Security’s engineering efforts, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in different startups at the VP & CTO level. His previous roles include VP of Engineering at FormAssembly, EVP Engineering at Validity and VP of Engineering at EverTrue.
Erik’s experience includes SaaS, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, micro-services, mobile applications, direct-to-consumer web sites, big data analytics, B2B applications and complex third-party API integration. He has performed technical due diligence on and overseen the integration of several dozens of deals, resulting in ten acquisitions valued at more than $400 million.
Earlier in his career he held engineering positions at Constant Contact and BzzAgent.
He holds a master in Computer Science from Supinfo in France and a Baccalaureat in Math, Physics and Biology from Lycee Felix Esclangon.
VP of Finance
Sarah Gregor
Sarah Gregor leads all aspects of financial and HR management for Allure Security.
In her role, she provides leadership and strategic direction to a remotely dispersed workforce, covering accounting and controls, financial planning, tax, treasury, and investor relations, partnering with business leaders to execute our growth strategy and establishing the vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs, policies, and services.
Sarah brings to the role over 20 years of global financial management experience. Prior to joining Allure Security, Sarah served as CFO for SaaS technology companies LogicManager, Inbenta Technologies, and Advisen.
Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”). She received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Southern Maine and an MBA in Accounting & Finance from American Intercontinental University.
She lives in Connecticut with her husband. She is an avid lover of Cirque du Soleil , locally and globally and has attended over 25 shows.
VP of Worldwide Sales
Jason Sales Gonzales
Leading Allure Security’s global go-to-market strategy, Jason Sales Gonzales is responsible for the company’s sales, channel, and technical sales teams.
Jason is a seasoned sales and business development executive with over 20 years of experience building and managing direct and indirect sales organizations. Before joining Allure Security, Jason was responsible for strategic account leadership at Tenable, Cylance, and McAfee focused on the Fortune 500. Before McAfee, Jason served in various roles, during his 11-year tenure at Application Security, Inc.
A board member for the New York chapter of nonprofit Cyversity, Jason supports their mission to increase the representation of women and minorities in the cybersecurity industry through programs focused on recruitment, inclusion, and retention.
Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems & Marketing from Fordham University and holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Renzo Gracie.
VP of Operations
Molly DeQuattro
Molly DeQuattro leads Operations at Allure Security and brings a unique love of systems and process to Allure Security’s breakneck innovation culture.
When Molly joined Allure Security, she pledged Visibility, Predictability, and Control–no small obligation in the complex and dynamic world of cybersecurity. Molly joined Allure Security from Akamai Technologies where she served in multiple roles during her 10+ year tenure.
In previous roles, Molly worked within Harvard University’s Central Administration to socialize and launch Harvard’s enhanced central IAM solution in support of a campus-wide Active Directory, and she also led numerous IT initiatives at Brown University.
She has a BA in Biology from Cornell University. She lives in Massachusetts with her family and enjoys training and competing in triathalons and recently beat her record best time.
Chief Digital Officer
William (BJ) Moore
William (BJ) Moore is an experienced business and technology professional who currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Allure Security. In his current role, BJ is responsible for shaping the company’s digital vision and strategy, developing the UX/UI product experience, and overseeing the implementation of business, sales, and marketing platforms.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, BJ has a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation and growth. Before joining Allure Security, he consulted with companies on their service offerings and demand generation campaigns. Prior he created, Augmented Vision Systems, an advanced 3D blind spot portable monitor for cyclists. And he held senior positions at GE Digital/Software, where he led marketing automation and lead generation teams and oversaw customer-facing digital platforms.
In his spare time he enjoys visiting his sons who live in Europe, sailing, and spending at much time outdoors as possible with his wife and their dog.
